A Message to Our Customers

As our nation’s response to COVID-19 continues to evolve, each of us is called to push beyond what feels normal.

The MinistryWorks team wants you to know that we are here for you. To support you, to offer a listening ear, to pray with you. The team continually adapts to swift-moving changes so that we may assist you as you uplift your community.

Just as your processor is family to you, they are family to us, too. We assure you that every MinistryWorks team member has the necessary tools to seamlessly serve your ministry and up-to-date protocols to safely work.

Our staff will be available during our normal business hours, Monday through Friday, to service you and your payroll needs, so your payrolls will be processed without interruption. It is important that you submit your payroll and/or any changes by 11 a.m. EST on your scheduled input day. If you need to call, please leave a message, and we will respond to you as quickly as possible. Please note, you may receive a call from a blocked number due to new technology we have implemented during this time.

We know your servant heart is ready to rise to the occasion of these challenging times. Let’s be sure to lean on each other for encouragement.
